Low Chromium MCE Filters —
Chromium sampling . . . the better way!

Ultra-pure Nano-Neat CR™ * low chromium filters are ideal for sampling the low levels of chromium found in the workplace. As metal exposure limits have been reduced, metal background levels in filters have become an issue. Nano-Neat CR chromium content has been reduced to levels in the 0.03 µg range with less than 0.1 µg per filter 95% of the time. Compare this to the 0.5 to 1.0 µg per filter level found in untreated MCE filters. The Nano-Neat CR 0.8-µm mixed cellulose ester (MCE) filters are preloaded into SureSeal certified leak-free two- or three-piece polystyrene cassettes for protection from outside contamination. Cassettes are tinted purple for easy identification. Nano-Neat CR filters are available in 25- or 37-mm diameters. Preloaded matched-weight filter cassettes are available for gravimetric analysis.
