Temperature STICKs
Measure from -58 to 662 F (Short-term to 932 F)

Penetration Temperature STICK is one of the fastest stick thermometers available measuring -58 to 662 F (short-term up to 932 F). The Penetration Temperature STICK is exceptionally accurate in higher measuring ranges for a digital thermometer in its price class. Use the Penetration Temperature STICK for fast air temperature readings or measurements in HVAC systems.

Penetration Temperature STICK Applications
  • Measuring HVAC systems
  • Monitoring in the food sector (HACCP)
  • Laboratories
  • Transportation industry

Surface Temperature STICK is a professional quality digital surface thermometer that provides fast, highly accurate measurements between -58 to 662 F (short-term to 932 F). Surface Temperature STICK features a spring-loaded thermocouple head that guarantees fast and accurate measurements of both smooth and uneven surfaces.

Surface Temperature STICK Applications
  • Monitoring motors
  • Measuring on injection moulding dies
  • Metal processing industry
  • Servicing electrical products such as
    • Cooking surfaces
    • Irons
    • Radiators
  • Checking hot and cooking plates in catering industry

Choosing a Temperature Measuring Instrument
The method of temperature measurement is dependent on the application. Consider the following items when selecting a particular method of temperature measurement:

  • Design of instrument
  • Measuring range
  • Instrument accuracy
  • Price
  • Response time
  • Drift

Typically, thermocouple probes provide fast measurements, have wide measuring ranges, and are less expensive. The more accurate but slower resistance and NTC-type probes tend to be more expensive. Choosing an instrument with a wide measuring range will provide for the most versatility.
