The Drager Flow Check Airflow Indicator electronically
generates environmentally safe smoke for use during ventilation
system testing. Carried by even the weakest airflow, smoke indicates
source, direction, and dispersion of air currents as well as
relative air speed. Easy-to-use, the hand-held, ergonomically
designed Flow Check instrument houses an ampoule containing a
special fluid mixture of alcohols. A small heating element in
the head of Flow Check heats the fluid, which condenses on contact
with ambient air. The temperature of the heating element and
the quantity of the ampoule fluid are electronically balanced. |
