Flow Fault If pump is unable to compensate for > 15 seconds due to excessive back pressure, the pump stops and flow fault is indicated with an icon on the LCD. The LCD remains on and the time stops at the fault. Elapsed time information will be lost on restart.

AirChek 52 Low Flow Capabilities

Now the full range of flow rates is available in one lightweight, low-cost, heavy-duty sampler.

The AirChek 52 Air Sampling Pump becomes a fully versatile sampler when combined with the low flow constant pressure controller (CPC) (Cat. No. 226-26-CPC) accessory. The CPC permits sampling in the 5 to 500 ml/min range.

Simple to use, the CPC fits into the sampling train tubing allowing the pump to operate in a constant pressure mode. In the low flow mode, an adjustable low flow tube holder can be used to collect up to four tube samples simultaneously and at different flow rates. The flow rate at each intake of the adjustable low flow tube holders can be set from 5 to 500 ml/min. Multiple-tube sampling reduces time in the field and uses fewer pumps.

Measuring approximately 5 x 3 x 1.75 in (12.7 x 7.6 x 4.4 cm) and weighing only 20 oz (567 gm), the small size, lightweight, and durable construction allows the AirChek 52 to withstand the rigors of on-worker use time and time again. Rechargeable NiCad batteries provide a reliable power source which can be restored overnight. The AirChek 52 is the lightweight, inexpensive workhorse pump designed for rugged and repeated use. Now the full range of flow rates is available in one lightweight, low-cost, heavy-duty sampler to use with:
