EPAM-5000 with callouts

 

The portable HAZ-DUST EPAM-5000 particulate monitor is ideal for ambient, environmental, and indoor air quality investigations. The highly sensitive EPAM-5000 uses light scattering to measure particle concentration and provide real-time determinations and data recordings of airborne particle concentration in mg/m3. Interchangeable size-selective impactors allow PM10, PM2.5, and PM1.0 monitoring; TSP measuring does not require an impactor. The unique aerodynamic particle sizing and optional 47-mm in-line filter holder loaded with appropriate filter can provide concurrent gravimetric sampling. Download and store sampling data on a PC for analysis and reporting using included DustComm Pro Software.

EPAM-5000 Monitor Kit

The EPAM-5000 Particulate Air Monitor is available in kits with a 10, 2.5, or 1.0-µm impactor. Each kit contains the EPAM-5000 monitor with a specific cut-point impactor, battery and charger, DustComm Professional Software (Windows, 2000, NT, ME and XP compatible), computer cable, manual, and a portable carry case. Alternate cut-point impactors are available separately. For a lighter weight model with air station capabilities, see the EPAM-7500.
