AirLite Air Sampling Pump
Economical Sampling in Non-explosive Atmospheres

Personal Sampling from 5 to 3000 ml/min

AirLite sample pump cat no 110-100 shown actual size
The AirLite sample pump is economically designed for personal sampling of asbestos, lead, and other airborne contaminants in environments where intrinsic safety is not required. Powered by economical, disposable AA alkaline batteries, the AirLite provides run times over 10 hours in the 1000 to 3000 ml/min flow range with full back pressure compensation. A patented (U.S. Patent No. 6,741,056) flow control system, automatic features, and internal ambient temperature sensor ensure accurate air volumes and sample integrity. The bright LED indicates pump and battery status. AirLite is small and lightweight for easy attachment to a worker's belt where it won't interfere with worker activity.

About Low Flow Sampling

AirLite with Sample Train
The AirLite Sample Pump becomes a fully versatile sampler when combined with the low flow kit.

The kit's All-in-One adjustable tube holder with built in CPC expands the AirLite flow range capability to include the 5 to 500 ml/min range.

The Advantage

Economical Battery Operation
Alkaline batteries: The AirLite Sample Pump operates on three disposable AA alkaline batteries
The AirLite Sample Pump operates on three disposable AA alkaline batteries that can be purchased at your local grocery store. Run times depend on battery brand used. Available for immediate use, there is no need to maintain batteries or charge before sampling.

Pump Run Time in Hours with Alkaline Batteries
Following are typical run times achieved when using a new pump and new disposable AA alkaline batteries. Data is sorted by type of sample media. All run times are listed in hours. Pump and battery performance may vary.

Caution:
To prevent corrosion of battery terminals, remove batteries when AirLite will not be used for an extended time.
Note:
Increases in back pressure in sampling condition due to buildup on filter can decrease battery life.
Note:
For maximum run time, insert new batteries in pump before sampling.
Note:
If using rechargeable AA 1.2-volt NiMH batteries, run time will be approximately half that stated for disposable batteries.

Lead in Air Sampling Kit
