PUF/XAD-2 Tube for Pesticides, PAHs, and PCBs EPA 600/8-80-038
This high-volume PUF tube contains a 50-mm and a 25-mm section of PUF with a 10-gram section of XAD®-2 sorbent sandwiched between the two PUF layers. XAD-2 sorbent improves volatile component extraction during analysis. Use this tube to sample volatile pesticides and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) as described in the EPA Manual of Analytical Methods for the Analysis of Pesticides in Humans and Environmental Samplers (EPA 600/8-80-038, June 1990). This tube can be used with the General Metal Works PS1 Sampler.
